Freedom Pharmacy offers a wide array of customized services to meet the specific needs of each facility.  We currently service the pharmaceutical needs of residents living with developmental and intellectual disabilities in over 40 group homes and supervised apartments, as well as in long-term care and assisted living facilities.

We offer a wide variety of personalized services to fit your individual needs and understand that each patient and each facility is unique and require personalized attention.  Our dedicated staff has more than 30 years of experience and knowledge, which allows us to more effectively manage your facility’s needs.  No facility is too large or too small.
